Points For Daily Use And Maintenance Of Round Head Bolts

　　1. Every time you run 12,000km for the secondary care of the round head bolt, you should assemble the engine oils pan and check the use of the engine bushings. If you find that the gap between individual bushings is too large, you should replace them, and you should also replace the connecting rod bolts. If you find that the engine is not running smoothly and there are abnormal noises during normal operation, you should stop and check-in time.

　　2. The newly replaced connecting rod bolt should be inspected during each maintenance. Pay attention to whether the head of the round head bolt, the guide part, the threads are cracked or dented, and whether the tooth shape and pitch for the thread is abnormal. Never use it.

　　3. When assembling the connecting rod cover, use a torque wrench to tighten it according to the specified specifications to prevent the torque from being too large or too small.
