Common Quality Failures In Bolt Factory Products

　　Bolts manufactured at each Bolt Factory may cause bolt quality problems due to unreasonable details of a manufacturing process. Then, after the production of the bolts is completed, there may be problems with the quality of many bolts at the time of delivery. So why are these quality problems with bolts?

　　1. The head of the bolt is not round. The reason is that the selection of the die of the screw die is not sufficient or the punching is not full enough.

　　2. The bolt head is cracked and the bolt head is cracked. The reason may be that the quality of the screw wire itself is problematic, so the bolt wire must be inspected by the quality department before stopping the heading.

　　3. The bolt has burrs or burrs. The reason is that the punching is poorly formed, mainly because the gap between the punching bar and the die hole is too large or the punching bar is too short.

　　4. The head of the bolt is deformed and the head is snoring. The possible reason is that the punching device of the bolt mold is defective and the adjustment is improper.
