Magnetic particle inspection is the interaction between the leakage magnetic field and the magnetic powder at the defect of the Roofing Bolts. For the possible defects (such as cracks, slag inclusions, mixing materials, etc.) of the Roofing Bolts, the difference between the magnetic permeability and the magnetic permeability of the steel. After magnetization, these materials are magnetized. The magnetic field at the discontinuity will change, and a leakage magnetic field is generated on the surface of the workpiece at the partial flux leakage, thereby attracting the magnetic powder accumulation at the defect of the magnetic powder--magnetic trace, which shows the defect position and shape of appropriate illumination conditions.
